Overview

The “Thermal overload protection with user defined characteristic curve” function is used to protect the equipment (motors, generators, and transformers) against thermal overloads. It realize a manufacturer specific overload characteristic curve for specific equipment, for example, shunt
reactors, and monitor the thermal state of motors, generators, and transformers.
