Overview

The “Harmonic detection” element monitors one of the selected quantities, including DC offset, 2nd to 5th harmonic, or Total Harmonics Distortion (THD), that are present in the phase currents and ground current. It adds delay or blocking to prevent undesired operation. Harmonics are calculated and presented as a percent value relative to the fundamental frequency
phasor magnitude.
