Siemens / Circuit breaker failure protection 1-Pole/3-Pole (ANSI 50BF) _ Setting & highlights _ SI5101

Table of Contents

Overview

The “Circuit breaker failure protection” function monitors the tripping of the associated circuit breaker (CB) and generates a backup trip signal if the circuit-breaker fails. The circuit breaker failure protection in the busbar protection has some more tasks.

For more detailed information on “Circuit breaker failure protection 1-Pole/3-Pole” function, refer to SIPROTEC 5 devices, V8.30 & higher manuals.
