Overview
The “Breaker flashover” scheme is applicable for cases where one or two sets of three-phase voltages are available across the breaker, as “One set of three-phase voltages is available across the breaker (three VTs application), or “Two sets of three-phase voltages are available across the breaker (six VTs application).
